You will be able to register on site

Access to all sessions and all congress activities are subject to registration.
Participants are encouraged to register in advance and as early as possible, in order to benefit from lower registration fees, wider hotel accommodation choice, workshops, social events and tours availability.

* For students: Please provide proof of full time student status when submitting your registration form (ID card or letter from your institution or programme Director).

** In order to sign up for workshops, participants need to be regularly registered to the Congress.

The registration fees for participants include:

- Admission to all congress sessions, poster and exhibition areas
- Admission to the Opening ceremony and Welcome cocktail
- Admission to the Concert
- Congress Documents (final programme, abstract book, congress bag)

The registration fees for accompanying persons include:

- Admission to the Opening ceremony and Welcome cocktail
- Admission to the Concert
- One tour to be chosen between: Tour A & Tour B

Please note: after September 20, 2009, pre-registrations will NOT be accepted any longer by the Congress Office but you will have the possibility to register on site.

Modifications/Name substitutions:
For name or substitution changes, a processing fee of 30€ will be charged, per change.
All changes must be requested in writing to the Congress Office.

Cancellation Policy:
Notice of cancellation must be sent in writting to the Congress Office.
Cancellations until August 27, 2009 will be allotted a 50% refund. No refunds will be made after this date.

HOW TO REGISTER

You can register through one of the TWO following ways:

- By secure online registration and payment. Payment dues will be made by credit card or bank transfer.
- By fax or e-mail

Upon receipt of your registration and after payment clearence, the congress secretariat will mail you an invoice / confirmation letter summarizing all registration details and specyfing payment status as well as VAT amounts.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

All payments must be sent to the Congress Office, in Euros (€), and by the following means:

- by CREDIT CARD: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and Amex only (no other cards accepted)
